Music Together®-Mixed Age (Birth through K)

Wholey Sisters Music Together®

Inclement Weather Policy

At Wholey Sisters Music Together®, the safety of our families and teachers comes first. Because we teach in different locations, weather conditions may vary across the area. Each facility will ultimately determine whether their location is open or closed.

How We Communicate Closures

If weather impacts classes, families should always check:

  • Email (our primary method of communication)

  • The Wholey Sisters Music Together Facebook page

We will share updates as soon as decisions are made.

Automatic Cancellations

If there is a Level 2 Snow Emergency in the area where your class is held, your class will be canceled for the day — regardless of whether the facility is open.

A decision will be made by 4:00 PM the same day, based on weather conditions, road safety, and facility status.

Make-Up Classes

If your class is canceled due to inclement weather, you’ll have the option to schedule a make-up class.

Please note:

  • We may not be able to extend the semester due to facility availability.

  • We encourage families to use our make-up scheduler as soon as possible to reserve a spot.

➡️ Schedule your make-up class here: www.wholeysisters.com

Our Safety Reminder

We never want anyone to feel unsafe driving or risk their family’s safety. If the roads are questionable where you are, please play it safe and stay home.

And remember… you can always make Music Together at home!   Listen and download your music, grab your songbook, and keep the music going right from your living room.

This is the essential Music Together class, one that a child can attend through all nine song collections. This basic class follows the recommendations of child-development researchers- grouping children of a variety of ages because this fosters natural family-style learning. Younger children enjoy watching and imitating older ones; older children learn by leading younger ones; and adults are happy because the children in the family can go to class together. Each child participates at his or her own level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, watching, or exploring musical instruments. Any caregivers- parents, grandparents, nanny- can bring the children. The whole family is welcome for this important family music experience.
